Shodan Bull Terriers has been registered with the Kennel Union of South Africa since February 2004 and

Bellakarma Bull Terriers has been registered with the Kennel Union of South Africa since August 2008 

​

After living in Gauteng for the last12 years, we have decided to relocate to the peace and quiet of our

family farm near Jeffreys Bay in the Eastern Cape.

​

Having met at the Grahamstown Championship show in 2010, we share a life encompassing passion for Bull Terriers.

In 2012 we tied the knot and treated ourselves to a honeymoon at the Bull Terrier International Competition in the Netherlands and a visit to some prominent Bull Terrier Kennels in the UK from there.

Since then we have gone from strength to strength, as is evident in our show results.

Since 2008 we have owned and/or bred 40 Champions, and counting . . .

From among the ranks of these Champions we've won the following:

Supreme Bull Terrier title for 2 consecutive years,

Stud Dog of the Year for 4 consecutive years,

Brood Bitch of the Year twice,

Multiple Best in Specialist Shows and 

Multiple Best in All Breed Shows

Multiple Best Show Bull Terrier of the Year winners as per KUSA Top Dog ratings

In March 2020, one day before the infamous Covid Lockdown, we got our first Miniature Bull Terrier, and boy, were we bowled over by this little sweetheart.  Of course one thing led to another and since then we have imported another girl from Poland, and a boy from Ukraine.  Our minis have also done extremely well in the show ring and we have won multiple Terrier Groups, Multiple Best Junior in Groups and Multiple Best Junior in Shows.  In the last two years, our minis ended in the Top 40 All Breeds, as per the KUSA Top Showdog competition.

 

We strive to improve the breed

by carefully planning our litters

and selecting breeding stock

with excellent temperament, conformation and type.

That said, we do not breed for the market. 

We only breed occasionally and our breeding dogs are health tested. 

Therefor you might have to wait a while if you are committed to

buying a puppy from us.
